Cream Cheese Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts or Tenders
1 brick cream cheese ( I use fat free or 1/3 less fat)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Pkg of dry Italian packet

Mix together in crock pot. Cook in crockpot on low 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
